Promotion Period: The "Promotion Period" opens at 00:01 on 1st September 2019 and closes at 23:59 on 29th February 2020 . All entries outside of this period will not be valid.

There are Five thousand (5,000) Prizes available to be won over the Promotion Period.

It is possible for you to win more than one prize during the promotional period. Winner selections were based on matching a Unique Code featured on a promotional neck collar. There are 5,000 winning codes in distribution during the promotional period.

The Promotion

Purchase a promotional bottle of Aperol and Enter your 8-digit URN CODE printed on Promotional neck collars (for example 72371921)

 

Enter full name, address (including town or city, country, county and postcode) and a valid email address.

This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the promoter, their families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or "step"), agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

Unfortunately the promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

You must be aged 18 or older to enter the promotion.

Consumers in England, Scotland, Wales, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands must purchase a promotional bottle to enter. Participants from Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland can enter without purchase following a valid No Purchase Necessary (NPN) application; full details can be found in the terms and conditions.

Each promotional code can only be used once to enter.

Unfortunately, a promotional bottle is required to enter the promotion. You may still be able to find promotional bottles at some major retailers and selected convenience stores.

No, you cannot use the same bottle more than once.

 

You must use a different neck collar Unique Reference Code for each entry into the promotion.

 

The 8-digit Unique Code are found inside the neck collar of Promotional Aperol bottles. See entry page for an example of where you can find the code on your neck collar.

The Prizes & Winner Notification

All winners will receive an instant on-screen notification, as well as an email. All winners are subject to a verification process, this is to ensure the Unique Code is valid. Our prize team will contact and despatch all Aperol FREE Glass Prizes within 28 working days in accordance with the competition terms and conditions.

No, there is no cash alternative for any of the prizes offered.

The Promotional Website

We will collect personal information for the purposes of administering this promotion. This includes contacting winners via email and publicising information about the Prize winner on social media. Upon entry, entrants will also be asked if they would like to receive future marketing communications and offers from the Promoter. If entrants choose to receive these future communications, they can opt-out of receiving them at any time. All entrant's details will be deleted following the close of the promotion, unless entrants have opted in to future marketing communications by Aperol. Personal details of entrants who have opted-in to future marketing communications, won't be passed to a third party and will be retained by Aperol for this purpose only.
